(p.13) 7) PROCLAMATIONS: a) Sunflower Day (p.17) 8) PUBLIC HEARINGS: (p.18 & 97) a) Carnation City Council will hold a public hearing to receive and consider public comments regarding Design Standards updates. The substance of the draft Design Standards is available for public review on the City’s website and in person at City Hall. All interested persons are encouraged to listen and/or attend the public hearing and to provide oral and/or written comments. b) Carnation City Council will hold a public hearing to receive and consider public comments regarding Landscape Standards updates.
