PURPOSE: The Board is asked to review a request for an extension of the date when a Conditional Use Permit would otherwise expire for The Matthew’s Family Building at 609 Highway 54 West. The Town Staff recommends approval of the request. A draft ordinance has been prepared for the Board’s consideration. A resolution setting a hearing date for November 19th has also been prepared, and advisory board review has been requested prior to the public hearing. A draft ordinance has been prepared for the Board’s consideration. A resolution setting a hearing date for November 19th has also been prepared, and advisory board review would be needed prior to the public hearing.
