PUBLIC HEARING 7:35-7:50 1. 13-0372 Conditional Use Permit: 103 Old Fayetteville Road, Watershed Residential Subdivision PURPOSE: Crabtree Heirs are proposing to create a subdivision/recombination of the properties associated-with and adjacent-to 103 Old Fayetteville Road. This plat will create one new lot and recombine the existing lots so that the resultant layout will change. A Conditional Use Permit is required because the proposal is located within the Watershed Residential (WR) zoning district. This district protects drinking water supply of University Lake and thus generally refers most land use matters to the Board of Aldermen.
