The Police Department would like to award Lieutenant Strowd his service sidearm to recognize his dedication to duty and his service to the Town of Carrboro. The Board of Aldermen is requested to adopt by resolution, Town staff’s recommendation to award the service side arm to Lieutenant Doug Strowd.. Main - Brewer PURPOSE: The purpose of this item is for the Board of Aldermen to receive information on alternative improvements being designed to alleviate congestion and increase safety at this intersection and consider communicating support for NCDOT’s continued work on the project.
