Hold A Public Hearing And Consider An Ordinance Amending the Zoning On A Portion Of An Approximately 183.5-Acre Tract Zoned Planned Development 148 (PD-148) For The (HC) Heavy Commercial District, And Located On The West Side Of Midway Road, South Of Hebron Parkway, To Amend Planned Development 148 (PD-148) To Allow Multi-Family Dwelling Units With Modified Development Standards; Amending Accordingly The Official Zoning Map. Hold A Public Hearing And Consider An Ordinance Amending The Zoning To Establish A Special Use Permit For Warehouse/Distribution Uses On A 22.16-Acre Tract Zoned (FWY) Freeway District, And Located At 2643 IH-35E; Amending The Official Zoning Map Accordingly. Case No. 04-19SUP1 Point 35/190. PUBLIC FORUM 18. Hearing of any citizen/visitor on items not listed on the regular meeting agenda. Citizens wishing to address the Council regarding items on the posted agenda will be called to speak during the Council's consideration of such items. Citizens/visitors should complete an appearance card located on the table at the entrance to the City Council Chambers.
