1. Receive information and discuss Agenda.
2. Council will convene in Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code:
· Section 551.071 for private consultation with the City Attorney to seek legal
advice with respect to pending and contemplated litigation and including all
matters on this agenda to which the City Attorney has a duty under the Texas
Rules of Discipline and Professional Conduct regarding confidential
communication with the City Council.
· Section 551.074 to discuss personnel matters.
o Boards and Commissions Appointments and Removal
3. Council will reconvene in open session to consider action, if any, on matters
discussed in the Executive Session.

To Elect A Mayor And Council Place 2.
*10. Consider An Ordinance Amending The Code Of Ordinances, Chapter 73,
“Traffic Schedules,” Schedule I (C) And (D), Establishing A Speed Limit Of
40 Miles Per Hour On Josey Lane Between Belt Line Road To A Point 100
Feet South Of Gravley Drive.
*11. Consider An Ordinance Amending The Code Of Ordinances, Chapter 73,
“Traffic Schedules,” Schedule I (E) And (F), Establishing A Speed Limit Of
50 Miles Per Hour On Parker Road/FM 544 From The West City Limits To
Josey Lane, And Establishing A Speed Limit Of 45 Miles Per Hour On
Parker Road/FM 544 From Josey Lane To The East City Limits.
*12. Consider An Ordinance Amending The Code Of Ordinances, Chapter 73,
“Traffic Schedules,” Schedule I (F) And (G), Establishing A Speed Limit Of
50 Miles Per Hour On The Sam Rayburn Tollway/SH 121 Frontage Roads
For All Portions Within The City Limits.

13. Hold A Public Hearing And Consider An Ordinance Amending The Text Of
Article XXVIII, “Special Conditions And Development Standards”, Of The
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance To Revise The Provisions Related To
Food Trucks. (Case No. PLZT 2020-086 CZO Amendment Food Trucks.)
14. Hold A Public Hearing And Consider An Ordinance Amending the Zoning To
Establish A Special Use Permit For Automobile Parts Sales On An
Approximately 4.64-Tract Zoned (LR-2) Local Retail District And Located At
2770 East Trinity Mills Road; Amending The Official Zoning Map
Accordingly. (Case No. PLSUP 2020-35 AutoZone).
OTHER BUSINESS
15. Consider Setting The Proposed Property Tax Rate For Tax Year 2020, Setting
The Public Hearing For The Proposed Tax Rate And The Proposed Fiscal
Year 2021 Budget On The City Council Meeting Agenda For 7 p.m. On

Proposed Tax Rate And Budget On City Council Meeting Agenda For 7 p.m.

functions, conventions, workshops, ceremonial events or press conference; however,
there is no legal requirement to do so and in the event a social function, convention,
workshop, ceremonial event or press conference is not posted by the City Secretary's
Office, nothing shall preclude a quorum of the City Council from gathering as long as
