Consider An Ordinance Amending The Code Of Ordinances, Chapter 73, “Traffic Schedules,” Schedule I (C) And (D), Establishing A Speed Limit Of 40 Miles Per Hour On Josey Lane Between Belt Line Road To A Point 100 Feet South Of Gravley Drive. *11. Consider An Ordinance Amending The Code Of Ordinances, Chapter 73, “Traffic Schedules,” Schedule I (E) And (F), Establishing A Speed Limit Of 50 Miles Per Hour On Parker Road/FM 544 From The West City Limits To Josey Lane, And Establishing A Speed Limit Of 45 Miles Per Hour On Parker Road/FM 544 From Josey Lane To The East City Limits. *12. Consider An Ordinance Amending The Code Of Ordinances, Chapter 73, “Traffic Schedules,” Schedule I (F) And (G), Establishing A Speed Limit Of 50 Miles Per Hour On The Sam Rayburn Tollway/SH 121 Frontage Roads For All Portions Within The City Limits. (Case No. PLZT 2020-086 CZO Amendment Food Trucks.) 14. Hold A Public Hearing And Consider An Ordinance Amending the Zoning To Establish A Special Use Permit For Automobile Parts Sales On An Approximately 4.64-Tract Zoned (LR-2) Local Retail District And Located At 2770 East Trinity Mills Road; Amending The Official Zoning Map Accordingly.
