Consider An Ordinance Amending Title IX, Chapter 91, “Animal Regulations”, Of The Carrollton Code Of Ordinances Regarding Regulating Dangerous Dogs. *11. Consider An Ordinance Authorizing the City Manager to Amend the Operating and Capital Budget for the Fiscal Year October 1, 2019 Through September 30, 2020. Consider A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Negotiate And Execute A Professional Services Contract With Kimley Horn And Associates, Inc. In accordance with the State Open Meetings Act, the City Council is restricted from discussing or taking action on items not listed on the agenda. Action can only be taken at a future meeting.
