Consider A Resolution Of The City Of Carrollton, Texas Finding That Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC’s Application For Approval To Amend Its Distribution Cost Recovery Factor To Increase Distribution Rates Within The City Should Be Denied; Authorizing Participation With OCSC; Authorizing The Hiring Of Legal Counsel And Consulting Services; Finding That The City’s Reasonable Rate Case Expenses Shall Be Reimbursed By The Company; Finding That The Meeting At Which This Resolution Is Passed Is Open To The Public As Required By Law; Requiring Notice Of This Resolution To The Company And Legal Counsel. *19. Consider A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Enter Into An Interlocal Agreement With Dallas County To Provide Future Funding For The Major Capital Improvements Program And Authorizing The City Manager To Take Those Steps Reasonable And Necessary To Accomplish The Intent Of The Resolution. *20. Consider A Resolution Revising The Demolition Grant And Single-Family Rehabilitation Incentive Policies. *21. Consider A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Enter Into Single-Family Rehabilitation Grant Incentive Agreements On Six Eligible Properties Located Within Neighborhood Empowerment Zones, In A Total Grant Amount Not To Exceed $26,986.72. *22. Consider A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Approve An Agreement Between The City of Carrollton, Texas And Metrocrest Services To Provide Emergency Assistance for Carrollton Residents During The Ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic In An Amount Not To Exceed $446,000.
