Citizens wishing to address the Council regarding items not on the posted agenda will be called to speak during the Public Forum. Citizens/visitors should complete an appearance card located on the table at the entrance to the City Council Chambers. Consider Approval Of The Purchase Of Three (3) Chevrolet Colorados From Lake Country Chevrolet Through An Inter-Local Agreement With TIPS Purchasing Cooperative In An Amount Not To Exceed $93,418.22. Consider Authorizing The City Manager To Approve A Contract With La Banda, LLC For The Mustang Park Stormwater Pipeline Improvements Project In An Amount Not To Exceed $397,847.00. *17. Consider Authorizing The City Manager To Execute Change Order No. 2 With Joeris General Contractors, Ltd. For Installation Of Light Poles, Installation Of Public Wi-Fi Conduit Infrastructure, And High Mast Light Pole Adjustments For The Trinity Mills Station Phase 1 Project In The Amount of $343,980.00, Increasing The Total Project Contract To An Amount Not To Exceed $11,860,922.23. ORDINANCE *18. Consider An Ordinance Authorizing The Abandonment Of A Portion Of East Crosby Road That Is Approximately 0.246 Acres Of Right-Of-Way, Located On The South Side Of East Crosby Road At The Intersection With The Future Carroll Crest Lane; Retaining All Rights To And In The Remaining Portion Of Any Right-Of-Way Shown On The Final Plat; Providing For The Conveyance Of Said Right-Of-Way By The City Upon The Conveyance To The City Of 2,653 Square Feet Of Property Adjacent To The Intersection Of The MK&T Railroad Right-Of-Way And Crosby Road. RESOLUTIONS *19. Consider A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Enter Into A Project Specific Interlocal Agreement With Dallas County To Provide Future Funding For Repairs To Keller Springs Road And Authorizing The City Manager To Take Those Steps Reasonable And Necessary To Accomplish The Intent Of The Resolution. *20. Consider A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Execute An Interlocal Agreement With Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) For Voluntary Local Government Contributions For Aesthetic Enhancements Of The Josey Lane Railroad Bridge And Allowing Construction Activities On City Street Rights-Of-Way Where Necessary For The Silver Line Corridor Regional Rail Project.
