11. Hearing of any citizen/visitor on items listed on the regular meeting agenda.
Citizens wishing to address the Council regarding items not on the posted
agenda will be called to speak during the Public Forum.
Citizens/visitors should complete an appearance card located on the table at the
entrance to the City Council Chambers. Speakers must address their comments to the
presiding officer rather than to individual Council members or staff; Stand at the
podium, speak clearly into the microphone and state your name and address prior to
beginning your remarks; Speakers will be allowed between 2 and 5 minutes for
testimony; Speakers making personal, impertinent, profane or slanderous remarks
may be removed from the room; Unauthorized remarks from the audience, stamping

*27. Consider Approval Of The Purchase Of Police Uniform Items and Concealable
Body Armor For The Carrollton Police Department From Galls, LLC
Through An Interlocal Agreement With The North Central Texas Council Of
Governments (NCTCOG) In An Amount Not To Exceed $1,000,000.00.
*28. Consider Authorizing The City Manager To Negotiate And Execute A
Contract With Immix Technologies, Inc. For Services Related To The
Implementation Of Infor Cloudsuite Public Sector Financial & Supply
Management Software As A Service In An Amount Not To Exceed, $2,154,823
For The First Year And A Total Contract Amount Not To Exceed, $3,514,115.
*29. Consider Approval Of A Two-Year Contract For Office Supplies And Other
Miscellaneous Products For All City Departments With Staples Contract And
Commercial Inc., Through An Interlocal Agreement With Tarrant County, In
An Annual Amount Not To Exceed $150,000.00, For A Total Expenditure of
$300,000.00.

Support Services Pursuant To The Inter Local Agreement With Metrocrest
Quad Cities Police Consortium - North Texas Swat (NORTEX SWAT), In The
Amount Of $50,000 Per Year, For A Period Of 5 Years, For A Total Annual
Amount Not To Exceed $600,000 And A Total Contract Amount Not To
Exceed $5,750.000.00.
RESOLUTIONS
*31. Consider A Resolution Verifying And Reporting The Completion Of A
Cybersecurity Training Program By All Applicable City Employees In
Accordance With HB 3834.
*32. Consider A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Extend The
Community Development Block Grant CARES Act Funding (CDBG-CV)
Subrecipient Agreement With Woven Health Clinic For Services To Be
Provided To Low- To Moderate-Income Carrollton Citizens, In An Amount
Not To Exceed $96,037.47.
*33. Consider A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Enter Into A Project
Specific Agreement With Dallas County Road And Bridge District #4 For An
Asphalt Mill And Overlay Of Various Streets In The Country Place
Subdivision In An Amount Not To Exceed $507,674.00.
