Consider A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Enter Into A Project Specific Agreement With Dallas County Road And Bridge District #4 For A Mill And Asphalt Overlay Project On Various Streets In The Country Place Neighborhood In An Amount Not To Exceed $573,634.00. *15. Consider A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Take All Necessary Actions To Acquire Property Rights For Public Purposes On A Tract Of Land Located Along Dudley Branch Creek Between Eisenhower Street And Rosemeade Parkway, Including The Use Of Eminent Domain To Acquire The Property If Negotiations Are Unsuccessful. *16.
