Consider A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Negotiate And Execute An Economic Development Incentive Agreement With I P Investments, LTD For The Renovation Of 2660 Old Denton Road In An Amount Not To Exceed $212,496.00. Consider A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Negotiate And Execute An Economic Development Incentive Agreement With General Radar Corporation, Establishing A Program Of Grants To The Company For Its Relocation To 4101 International Parkway, In Amounts Equal To Fifty Percent (50%) Of Taxes Paid To The City On The Assessed New Value Of Real Property And Business Personal Property For A Maximum Term Of Five (5) Years, And A Grant For The Creation Of Jobs To Promote Local Economic Development And Stimulate Business And Commercial Activity Within The City, For A Total Incentive Grant Amount Not To Exceed $333,289. *14. Consider A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Enter Into A Single-Family Demolition Grant And Rehabilitation Incentive Agreement On An Eligible Property At 1611 East Crosby Road And Located Within A Neighborhood Empowerment Zone, In A Total Grant Amount Not To Exceed $25,000.00. *15.
