Consider An Ordinance Amending Chapter 73 Of The Carrollton Code Of Ordinances, “Traffic Schedules”, To Amend Schedule I, Section (A)(4) To Revise The Existing School Speed Zone Hours. *17. Consider An Ordinance Repealing Section 130.19. Regarding Curfew Hours For Minors And Providing For An Effective Date Of September 1, 2023. RESOLUTIONS *18. Consider A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Enter Into A Contract With CareATC To Provide Health And Wellness Clinic Services At The Employee Health & Wellness Center In A First Year Amount Not To Exceed $1,113,180 For A Total Five Year Contract Amount Not To Exceed $6,166,779. *19. Consider A Resolution Accepting The Investment Officer’s Quarterly Report For Third Quarter Ended June 30, 2023. *20.
