CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government Code § 54956.8, to enable the Housing Authority to consider negotiations with Jeff Edgrin, Affirmed Housing Group, with whom City is negotiating, and to give direction to its negotiator(s) Nelson Hernandez, Executive Director and Abelardo Avalos, Community Development Director, regarding that certain real property known as 401 Sepulveda Blvd., Carson, California. The Authority’s real property negotiator will seek direction from the Authority Board regarding the price and terms of payment for the property. Item No. 2. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government Code § 54956.8, to enable the Housing Authority to consider negotiations with Kasey Burke, Meta Housing Corporation with whom the Housing Authority is negotiating, and to give direction to its negotiators Nelson Hernandez, Executive Director and Abelardo Avalos, Community Development Director regarding that certain real property at 218 W. AUTHORIZE the City Manager to enter into a lease agreement with Car Pros Kia to lease up to 50 parking spaces in the City's parking lot to be used for employee parking for the remainder of 2015 or until the new Kia site on Recreation Road is occupied.
