CONSENT to the transfer of the Del Amo Parcel, and the Partial Assumption and Assignment Agreement, between Marketplace as Assignor and Carson Holdings as Assignee, subject to approval as to form by the City attorney and approval by City staff that the improvements listed in Exhibit B to the Partial Assumption and Assignment Agreement are correct. THIS ACTION TO BE TAKEN BY CITY COUNCIL ONLY; b. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the consent to the Partial Assumption and Assignment Agreement in form approved by the City Attorney [Exhibit C]. APPROVE a contract serves agreement with Mr. Charles Davis in an amount not to exceed $7,000, together with reasonable out of pocket expenses, following APPROVAL of the same as to form by the City Attorney. 3.
