Farfsing, Interim City Manager and John Raymond, Community Development Director, regarding that certain real property known as Assessor Parcel Nos. 7318018006,7318018007, 7326001003, 7326001004, 7327002008, 7327002012 , 7327002013, 7327002015, 7327002016, 7327002017 , 7327002019, 7327002021. APPROVE settlement amount and AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute Settlement Agreement with AT&T California. 2. DISCUSS and PROVIDE direction on whether to continue negotiations with AT&T California regarding the proposed settlement amount. AUTHORIZE the increase to the purchase contract with Systems Source, Inc. by $13,706.77, bringing the total to $111,548.17. Attachments: Systems Source Proposal Item No. 14. 2015-655 CONSIDER APPROVAL OF A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH RRM DESIGN GROUP TO PROVIDE DESIGN REVIEW SERVICES (CITY COUNCIL) Recommendation: TAKE the following actions: 1. APPROVE a consulting services agreement with RRM Design Group to provide design review services, at a cost not to exceed $60,000.00. 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the agreement following approval as to form by the City Attorney. (CITY COUNCIL) Recommendation: TAKE the following actions: 1. DO NOT APPROVE an energy services contract with Opterra Energy Services, Inc. at this time. 2. APPROPRIATE $24,500.00 from Load Shed account no. 01-00-999-000-4933 to account no. 01-80-820-306-6005 to pay Opterra Energy Services for the contract that was executed on August 5, 2014. APPROVE the Professional Services Agreement between the City of Carson and Tetra Tech, Inc., to incorporate the City of Carson into the existing Dominguez Channel Watershed Management Area Group Coordinated Integrated Monitoring Program in accordance with the requirements of the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Los Angeles Region Permit. 2. APPROVE an increase of $150,000 in the proposed budget for National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System account no. 01-80-820-285-6004 for FY 2015/16 in order to cover the cost of the first year of the contract. 3.
