negotiations with Brian Faulkner, with whom City is negotiating,
and to give direction to its negotiator(s) Kenneth C. Farfsing,
Interim City Manager and John Raymond, Community
Development Director, regarding that certain real property
known as Assessor Parcel Nos. 7318018006,7318018007,

will seek direction from the City Council regarding the price and

DIVISION'S RENOVATION (CITY COUNCIL)
Recommendation: AUTHORIZE the increase in the estimated appropriation of
$13,706.77, to account number 18-90-500-180-8004/0149501 to
be used to purchase additional furnishings in order to complete
the renovation of the Transportation Services Division Office.
AUTHORIZE the increase to the purchase contract with
Systems Source, Inc. by
$13,706.77, bringing the total to $111,548.17.

1. APPROVE a consulting services agreement with RRM Design
Group to provide design review services, at a cost not to exceed

PLAN FOR ALL LOS ANGELES COUNTY REGIONAL

Recommendation: APPROVE the proposed Youth Employment Plan for all past,
present and future grants awarded by the Los Angeles County
Regional Park and Open Space District.

Recommendation: TAKE the following actions:
1. DO NOT APPROVE an energy services contract with Opterra
Energy Services, Inc. at this time.
2. APPROPRIATE $24,500.00 from Load Shed account no.
01-00-999-000-4933 to account no. 01-80-820-306-6005 to pay
Opterra Energy Services for the contract that was executed on
August 5, 2014.

Recommendation: TAKE the following actions:
1. APPROVE the Professional Services Agreement between the
City of Carson and Tetra Tech, Inc., to incorporate the City of
Carson into the existing Dominguez Channel Watershed
Management Area Group Coordinated Integrated Monitoring
Program in accordance with the requirements of the California
Regional Water Quality Control Board, Los Angeles Region
Permit.
2. APPROVE an increase of $150,000 in the proposed budget
for National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System account no.
01-80-820-285-6004 for FY 2015/16 in order to cover the cost of
the first year of the contract.
3. APPROPRIATE $90,000.00 from the proposed budget for
National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System account no.
01-80-820-285-6004 for FY 2015/16 to cover the cost of the first
year of the contract.
4. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Professional Services
