Item No. 9. 2015-778 CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION (CITY COUNCIL) Recommendation: A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9 (d)(4) because the City is considering whether to initiate litigation in two cases. Item No. 10. 2015-679 CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR (CITY COUNCIL) Recommendation: A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, to enable the City Council to consider negotiations with John Duong of Clear Channel Outdoor, with whom City is negotiating, and to give direction to its negotiator (s) John Raymond, Director of Community Development and Ken Farfsing, Interim City Manager, regarding that certain real property known as 24499 Figueroa (7406-026-915). The City's real property negotiator will seek direction from the City Council regarding the price and terms of Development Agreement DA 7-15 for the property. Item No. 11. 2015-751 CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR (HOUSING AUTHORITY) Recommendation: A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, to enable the Housing Authority to consider negotiations with Andrew Gross, Thomas Safran and Associates, with whom City is negotiating, and to give direction to its negotiators, John Raymond, Director of Community Development and Ken Farfsing, Interim Executive Director, regarding that certain real property known as 600 West Carson Street, APNs 7343-020-902,903 & 904. The City's real property negotiator will seek direction from the Housing Authority regarding price and terms of payment for the property.
