HPLUL-5403(017)]: WILMINGTON AVENUE INTERCHANGE MODIFICATION AT THE I 405 FREEWAY (CITY COUNCIL) Recommendation: TAKE the following actions: 1. WAIVE further reading and ADOPT Resolution No. 16-024: "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Carson amending the FY 2015/16 Budget in the General Fund." 2. UNENCUMBER $400,000.00 from the Carson Successor Agency Bond Fund account. 3. APPROPRIATE $580,159.50 from the Assigned General Fund Underground Utility account to augment the amount currently budgeted for Project No. 919: Wilmington Avenue Interchange Modification at the I-405 Freeway. 4. AUTHORIZE advance payment for relocation of overhead distribution power lines for Project No. 919: Wilmington Avenue Interchange Modification at the I-405 Freeway, in the amount of $580,159.50, to Southern California Edison. 5. APPROVE the SCE Facilities Relocation Agreement to relocate and underground SCE facilities impacted by Project No. 919. 6. AUTHORIZE Public Works Coordinator Raymond Velasco to execute the SCE Facilities Relocation Agreement, following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
