Attachments: Exhibit No. 1 - PC Reso 15-2557(A) Exhibit No. 2 - PC Reso 15-2562 Item No. 2. 2016-378 CONSIDERATION OF REMOVAL OF JOY SIMARAGO, CURRENT SECRETARY FROM THE OFFICES OF SECRETARY FOR THE CARSON SUCCESSOR AGENCY, CARSON HOUSING AUTHORITY, AND CARSON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY; AND, IF THE ABOVE-MENTIONED ACTION IS TAKEN, THEN CONSIDER APPOINTING CITY CLERK DONESIA GAUSE AS SECRETARY FOR THE CARSON SUCCESSOR AGENCY, CARSON HOUSING AUTHORITY, AND CARSON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY (CITY COUNCIL, SUCCESSOR AGENCY AND PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY) Recommendation: TAKE the following actions: 1. REMOVE the current secretary Joy Simarago from the offices of the secretary for the Carson Successor Agency, Carson Housing Authority, and Carson Public Financing Authority. Should the Council take the above-mentioned action, 2. CONSIDER and APPOINT City Clerk Donesia Gause as the secretary for the Carson Successor Agency, Carson Housing Authority, and Carson Public Financing Authority, as necessary.
