1. APPROVE the "Shelter Services Agreement" with THE
REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA on behalf of its
Davis Campus School of Veterinary Medicine on behalf of its
Koret Shelter Medicine Program. (Exhibit 1; the "Grant
Agreement").
2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to sign the Grant Agreement following
approval as to form by the City Attorney.
3. ADOPT Resolution No. 22-180, "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
