North Country CPA – Financials Resolution ____ Of 2022: The Town of Denmark Town Board does hereby authorize the following transfer of funds in the adopted 2022 Town of Denmark Budget: From To Total A1355.4 – Assessor Contractual A3610.42 – Cont. Bd of 51.64 Assessment b. The Town of Denmark’s AUD report underwent a thorough review this year. The review is complete and accepted. c. Town Credit Card – Superintendent Mahar and I will have to sign paperwork d. Budget Process – Letters will go out to Department Heads and Fire & EMS Contractors e. Library discussion for the Town f. Resolution _____ of 2022: The Town of Denmark Town Board approves setting up North Country CPA Scott Lawrence as administrator for NYS Deferred Comp allowing access to transmit the electronic reports as needed. Town Supervisor will remain as a user. G. Old Business a. Building Doors update – Installation in early August i. Requested a proposal for wind break for entryway b. Court Office Doors & Secondary Exit for Court Clerk i. Door will have to go to Northern Glass for Estimates on Glass and Pass Thru c. Technology Upgrade Update – Councilman Wadsworth d. Town of Denmark Grounds Maintenance & Progress Update? Old culverts? Brush Pile? e. Raise Parking Lot 4” & Pave It? Cost Estimate? f. Removing Garden & Installing 4 Ballards surrounding well casing g. Spoke to Tom Aubin regarding proposal to repair exterior cement board, to redo interior entrance of lower-level entrance. Horse Hitching Post h. Lewis County Highway speed study of Station Rd Resolution _____ of 2022: The Town of Denmark Town Board hereby approves the request for a speed study to be conducted on the Station Road. The request will be forwarded to the Lewis County Highway Department. H. New Business a. Lewis County Highway would like us to assume Station Road as a Town Highway. b. Grant Program for blight properties Resolution _____ of 2022: The Town of Denmark Town Board agrees to accept the assignment of the Station Road as a Town Highway. The passing of this resolution will result in the Lewis County transferring the care & maintenance of the Station Road from Lewis County to the Town of Denmark. As part of that transfer any CHIPS funding for maintenance will now be assigned to the Town of Denmark. c. Cost of Search & Rescue Sponsorship has increased from $97/Person to $235/Person. Resolution ____ of 2022: The Town of Denmark Town Board does hereby rescind Resolution 53 of 2022: The Town of Denmark Town Board authorizes the sponsorship of 5 Town of Denmark Residents @ a cost of $97.00 each ($485) for supplies & materials to attend Lewis County Search & Rescue EMT Course. Resolution ____ of 2022: The Town of Denmark Town Board authorizes the sponsorship of 5 Town of Denmark Residents at a cost of $235.00 each for a total cost $1175 for supplies & materials to attend Lewis County Search & Rescue EMT Course. Further the Board authorizes the transfer of $1175 from Supervisor’s Salary line A1220.1 to Town Board Contractual line A1010.41 I.
