Presentation and appropriate action on a recommendation for a proposed COVID 19 Memorial at Regional Park by Medina Valley students Julia Guzman and Tyler Frail. 6. New Business: a. Review, discussion, and take appropriate action on City of Castroville Parks and Recreation Department proposed 2022 Capital Improvement Projects. 7. Update from Parks Director on current projects: a. Review of 4th of July Celebration at the Park. b. Review of current including completed and proposed Park Projects. c. Parks Master Plan. 8. Update from Friends of Regional Park. 9.
