Presentation and appropriate action on a recommendation for a proposed COVID 19 Memorial at Regional Park by Medina Valley students Julia Guzman and Tyler Frail. 6. New Business: a. Review, discussion , and take appropriate action on, City of Castroville Parks and Recreation Department, proposed 2022 Capital Improvement Projects (CIP). 7. Update from Parks Director on current projects: a. Review of 4th of July Celebration at the park. b. Review recently completed, current, and proposed Park Projects. 8. Update from Friends of Regional Park: a. Parks Master Plan. 9. Nomination and election of Board Officers. 10.
