The Board will take no action on Public comment topics not already on the agenda. 4. Nominations and election of Board Officers. 5. Consent Agenda: a. Minutes for previous meetings. 6. Presentation and appropriate action on a recommendation for a proposed COVID 19 Memorial at Regional Park by Medina Valley students Julia Guzman and Tyler Frail. 7. Review, discussion and take appropriate action on, City of Castroville Parks and Recreation Department, proposed 2022 Capital Improvement Projects (CIP). 8. New Business: a. Review, discussion and take appropriate action on Grant proposal to replace damaged Swimming Pool Buildings. b. Review, discussion, and take appropriate action on establishing a One-Way traffic flow pattern during large Special Events including a one-way entrance and exit. 9. Update from Parks Director on current projects: a. Review status of Memorial Tree planting. b. Provide a list of recently completed, current and proposed Park Projects. 10. Update from Friends of Regional Park. a. Parks Master Plan. 11.
