Presentation and appropriate action on a recommendation for a proposed COVID 19 Memorial at Regional Park by Medina Valley students Julia Guzman and Tyler Frail. 7. Review, discussion and take appropriate action on, City of Castroville Parks and Recreation Department, proposed 2022 Capital Improvement Projects (CIP). 8. Discussion and appropriate action on CIP project lists for FY2022-2024. 9. Discussion and appropriate action on “Dark Sky Lighting” for all sports fields. 10. Update from Parks Director on current projects: a. Discussion and appropriate action on Grant proposal to replace damaged swimming pool buildings. b. Discussion and appropriate action on establishing a one-way traffic flow pattern for large Special Events with one-way entrance and exit. c. Review status of Memorial Tree planting. d. Provide a list of recently completed, current and proposed Park Projects. 11. Update from Friends of Regional Park: a. Boo Bash-Haunted Highway. b. Parks Master Plan. 12.
