Discussion and take appropriate action on a letter of support to Congressman Tony Gonzales for a new Castroville Parks and Recreation Community Building. 6. Update from Parks Director on current Capital Improvement Projects (CIP): a. Discussion on Lions Park projects. b. Discussion on Regional Park projects. c. Discussion on September Square projects. 7. Update from Parks Director on current ongoing Park Projects: a. Discussion and take appropriate action on Easter Holiday. b. Discussion and take appropriate action on establishing a One-Way traffic flow pattern during large Special Events including a one-way entrance and exist. c. Discussion and take appropriate action on a Grant proposal to replace damaged Swimming Pool Buildings with a Regional Park Community Center. d. Discussion and appropriate action on “Dark Sky Lighting”. e. Discussion and appropriate action on underground utilities for all sports fields and parks. f. Review status of Memorial Tree planting. 8.
