IV. Consent Agenda:
a. Minutes for previous meetings.
V. Update from Parks Director Devin Fredrickson with discussion and appropriate action on Capital
Improvement Projects (CIP) and new projects for all parks.
a. Community Services Building construction.
b. Pool
c. Lion’s Park open date, Splash Pad Water Conservation, parking lot, new sports field, and sport
lighting.
VI. Discussion and appropriate action on options for the old restroom next to the Amphitheater.
a. Concept plans for new restroom, new playground equipment and parking next to the Amphitheater.
b. Leave building in place and upgrade to ADA Specifications.
c. Demolish and retain flagstone exterior for other uses.
d. Demolish the entire structure.
e. Leave structure as is.
VII. Discussion and appropriate action Pickleball Courts at Regional Park.
VIII. Discussion and appropriate action on new directional signs to Regional Park from Highway 90 and City
Streets.
IX. Discussion and appropriate action on updated Appendix A Implementation and Budgetary Guide
Summary for Capital Improvement Projects for 2024.
X. Update from Friends of Regional Park on:
a. Easter Egg Hunt update.
