Citizen’s comments Those desiring to comment will have three minutes to do so, and may be granted additional time if the Board agrees. The Board will take no action on Public comment topics not already on the agenda. IV. Consent Agenda: a. Minutes for previous meetings. V. Update from Parks Director Devin Fredrickson with discussion and appropriate action on Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) and new projects for all parks. a. Community Services Building construction. b. Pool c. Lion’s Park open date, Splash Pad Water Conservation, parking lot, new sports field, and sport lighting. VI. Discussion and appropriate action on Lion’s Park sports lighting improvements and field changes. VII. Discussion and appropriate action on Mary Irish Botanical Garden Trail – North Extension VIII. Discussion and appropriate action on Memorial Tree & Bench Policy. IX. Discussion and appropriate action on Pickleball Courts at Regional Park. X. Discussion and appropriate action on Park Staffing. XI. Discussion and appropriate action on options for the old restroom next to the Amphitheater. XII. Discussion and appropriate action on updated Appendix A Implementation and Budgetary Guide Summary for Capital Improvement Projects for 2024. XIII. Update from Friends of Regional Park on: a.
