COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MINUTES City Hall, 220 Clay Street September 15, 2025 The meeting of the Committee of the Whole met at City Hall at 6:30 p.m. on September 15, 2025, with the following Committee persons in attendance: Mayor Danny Laudick, Gil Schultz, Chris Latta, Aaron Hawbaker, Hannah Crisman, and Kelly Dunn. Absent: Daryl Kruse and Dustin Ganfield. Staff members from all City Departments and members of the community attended in person. COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE: Mayor Laudick called the meeting to order and introduced the only item on the Agenda, RP Zoning Discussion. Mayor indicated the discussion would be to determine use of the RP zoning district, as requested by several developers due to smaller setbacks for development, and feedback from Council to give direction to staff on continued use of RP zoning on a case-by- case basis. Mayor opened for discussion on the item. There being none, Mayor requested consensus on continued case-by-case use of the RP Zoning District. Council indicated unanimous consensus.
