The Planning And Zoning Commission Voted 7-0 To Recommend Approval Of The Proposed Amendments Subject To Removing The Special Use Permit Requirement For Private Schools In The General Business (GB), Local Business (LB), Neighborhood Business (NB) And Professional Office (PO) Districts. REGULAR AGENDA (NON-CONSENT) F.1 Consideration Of A Resolution Authorizing An Agreement With Prime Controls, L.P. For Construction Of The Water System Resiliency Project - SCADA Modifications In An Amount Not To Exceed $1,659,500. F.2 Consideration Of A Resolution Authorizing An Agreement With Pavement Restoration, Inc. For The FY 2023 Street Rehabilitation Program In An Amount Not to Exceed $620,472.
