B.1 (2023-2-OA) Second Reading And Consideration To Approve An Ordinance Amending The
Cedar Park Code Of Ordinances Chapter 11, Zoning, Specifically As It Relates To Permitted Uses,
Non-Residential Standards And Phasing Standards, And Chapter 3, Building Regulations,
Relating To The Electrical Code. The Planning And Zoning Commission Voted 7-0 To
Recommend Approval Of The Proposed Amendments Subject To Removing The Special Use
Permit Requirement For Private Schools In The General Business (GB), Local Business (LB),
Neighborhood Business (NB) And Professional Office (PO) Districts.

specific factual information, a recitation of existing policy, and deliberations concerning the placing of the subject on a subsequent agenda
may take place.
The City Attorney has approved the Executive Session Items on this agenda.
