F.1 A Resolution Authorizing Issuance Of A Special Use In Parks Permit To The Williamson County Service Clubs For A Walk For Peace Event On November 2, 2025. F.2 A Resolution Authorizing An Agreement With Weaver And Tidwell, LLP To Provide Independent Audit Services For The 2025 Fiscal Year In An Amount Not To Exceed $110,220. Public Hearings G.1 (2025-1-OA) First Reading And Public Hearing Of An Ordinance Amending The Cedar Park Code Of Ordinances, Chapter 11, Zoning, Regarding Land Use, Specifically Car Wash, Gasoline Service Station, Day Care Center, Private School, Grocery, And Accessory Uses. The Planning And Zoning Commission Voted 5-1 To Recommend Approval Of The Proposed Amendments. G.2 (2025-2-OA) First Reading And Public Hearing Of An Ordinance Amending The Cedar Park Code Of Ordinances, Chapter 11, Zoning, Regarding Public Notice Requirements And Voting Standards, And Appendix A, Fee Schedule, Regarding Development Service Related Fees. The Planning And Zoning Commission Voted 6-0 To Recommend Approval Of The Proposed Amendments. G.3 First Reading And Public Hearing Of An Ordinance Amending The Cedar Park Code Of Ordinances Appendix A Fee Schedule, Article 12.000 Park Related Fees, Section 12.300 Pavilion And Building Related Fees. G.4 First Reading And Public Hearing Of An Ordinance Abandoning, Vacating, And Closing A 0.6218-Acre Portion Of CR 181 Right-of-Way And Authorize Execution Of A Deed And Any Other Necessary Documents To Convey The Same Tract To Northland Developments Cedar Park, Inc. Regular Agenda (Non-Consent) H.1 Discussion Of Proposed FY 2026 Budget. H.2 Consideration Of Appointments To The Central Spaceport Development Corporation Board Of Directors.
