MINUTES OF THE Antelope General Improvement District 6:00 PM Monday, November 05, 2012 A meeting of the Antelope General Improvement District was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1. Call to Order Chairman Noon called the meeting to order at 10:30 PM. 2. Consideration of Minutes a. AGID Meeting December 5, 2011 Director Gardner moved approval of the minutes of December 5, 2011. Director Bosier seconded the motion. With Chairman Noon, Director Dindinger, Director Gardner, Director Bosier, Director McClellan, Director Lucas, Director Piko, Director Weidmann, Director Moon voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Absent: 0. THE MOTION Passed. 4. Consideration of Resolutions a. Public Hearing i. RESOLUTION NO. 2012-AGID-R-01 A RESOLUTION AMENDING AND ADOPTING THE ANTELOPE WATER SYSTEM GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT REVISED 2012 BUDGET AND APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION AND ADOPTING THE 2013 BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING SUMS OF MONEY Dawn Priday, Director of Finance, presented. Mayor Noon opened the Public Hearing; seeing no one present wishing to speak, the Public Hearing was closed.
