MINUTES OF THE Walnut Hills General Improvement District 6:00 PM Monday, November 05, 2012 A meeting of the Walnut Hills General Improvement District was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1. Call to Order Chairman Noon called the meeting to order at 10:35 PM. 2. Roll Call Those present were: Chairman Noon Director Bosier Director Dindinger Director Moon Director McClellan Director Miller Director Gardner Director Weidmann Director Anderson Also present were: John Danielson, Executive Director 3. Consideration of Minutes a. WHGID Meeting May 21, 2012 Director Gardner moved approval of the minutes of May 21, 2012. Director Bosier seconded the motion. With Chairman Noon, Director Dindinger, Director Gardner, Director Bosier, Director McClellan, Director Lucas, Director Piko, Director Weidmann, Director Moon voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Absent: 0. THE MOTION Passed. 4. Consideration of Resolutions a. Public Hearing i. RESOLUTION NO. 2012-WHGID-R-02 A RESOLUTION AMENDING AND ADOPTINGTHE WALNUT HILLS GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT REVISED 2012 BUDGET AND APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION AND ADOPTING THE 2013 BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING SUMS OF MONEY X/City Clerk/GID-Walnut Hills/WHGID Minutes/2012.11.05 WHGID Minutes.doc Minutes – Walnut Hills General Improvement District November 05, 2012 Page 2 Dawn Priday, Director of Finance, presented. Mayor Noon opened the Public Hearing; seeing no one present wishing to speak, the Public Hearing was closed. Director Gardner moved approval of RESOLUTION NO. 2012-WHGID-R-02 A RESOLUTION AMENDING AND ADOPTINGTHE WALNUT HILLS GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT REVISED 2012 BUDGET AND APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION AND ADOPTING THE 2013 BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING SUMS OF MONEY. Director Bosier seconded the motion. With Chairman Noon, Director Dindinger, Director Gardner, Director Bosier, Director McClellan, Director Lucas, Director Piko, Director Weidmann, Director Moon voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Absent: 0.
