MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Foxridge General Improvement District Meeting 6:00 PM Monday, September 19, 2011 A Foxridge General Improvement District Meeting was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1. Call to Order Chairman Noon called the meeting to order at 6:41 PM. 2. Roll Call Those present were: Chairman Noon Director Moon Director Weidmann Director Miller Director Anderson Director Gardner Director Bosier Director McClellan Director Dindinger Those absent were: None Also present were: Dave Zelenok, Executive Director Bob Widner, City Attorney Mike Connor, Deputy Director of Public Works Brenda Madison, Deputy City Clerk Barbara Setterlind, Assistant Deputy City Clerk 3. Minutes a. Meeting of June 13, 2011 Director Weidmann moved approval of Minutes. Director Moon seconded the motion. With Chairman Noon, Director Moon, Director Weidmann, Director Miller, Director Anderson, Director Gardner, Director Bosier, Director McClellan, Director Dindinger, Mayor Noon voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Absent: 0. THE MOTION Passed. 4. RESOLUTION NO. 2011-FRGID-R-02 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE FOXRIDGE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT AMENDING THE 2011 BUDGET AND APROVING SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE FOXRIDGE GID FUND X/General Improvement Districts/Walnut Hills GID/Foxridge Minutes/FGID Minutes 2011-09-19.docx Minutes – Foxridge General Improvement District Meeting September 19, 2011 Page 2 Mike Connor, Deputy Director of Public Works, presented. Mayor Noon opened the Public Hearing. Seeing no one present wishing to speak, the Public Hearing was closed. Director Bosier moved approval of RESOLUTION NO. 2011-FRGID-R-02 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE FOXRIDGE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT AMENDING THE 2011 BUDGET AND APROVING SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE FOXRIDGE GID FUND. Director Gardner seconded the motion. With Chairman Noon, Director Moon, Director Weidmann, Director Miller, Director Anderson, Director Gardner, Director Bosier, Director McClellan, Director Dindinger, Mayor Noon voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Absent: 0.
