MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Walnut Hills General Improvement District 6:00 PM Monday, September 19, 2011 A Walnut Hills General Improvement District was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1. Call to Order Chairman Noon called the meeting to order at 6:44 PM. 2. THE MOTION Passed. 4. RESOLUTION NO. 2011-WHGID-R-03 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE WALNUT HILLS GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT AMENDING THE 2011 BUDGET AND APROVING SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE WALNUT HILLS GID FUND Mike Connor, Deputy Director of Public Works, presented. Andrea Suhaka, 6864 S. Ulster Circle, stated the Walnut Hills Civic Association had not discussed the fence along Yosemite. Director Moon moved approval of RESOLUTION NO. 2011-WHGID-R-03 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE WALNUT HILLS GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT AMENDING THE 2011 BUDGET AND APROVING SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE WALNUT HILLS GID FUND (Connor). Director Bosier seconded the motion.
