MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Foxridge General Improvement District Meeting 6:00 PM Tuesday, January 9, 2024 A Foxridge General Improvement District Meeting was held on this date in the Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1 Call to Order Chairperson Piko called the meeting to order at 7:15 PM. 2 Roll Call Those present were: Chairperson Piko Director Tharp Director Carnes Director Sweetland Director Maurer Director Sutherland Director Holt Director Alston Director Sheehan Those absent were: None Also present were: Matthew Sturgeon, Executive Director Elisha Thomas, Deputy City Manager Jeff Cadiz, Director of Finance Eric Eddy, Assistant City Manager Christina Lovelace, Secretary 3 Approval of Minutes a November 6, 2023 FRGID Minutes Director Holt moved to approve the minutes of the November 6, 2023 FRGID Meeting. Director Sheehan seconded the motion. With Chairperson Piko, Director Tharp, Director Carnes, Director Sweetland, Director Maurer, Director Sutherland, Director Holt, Director Alston, and Director Sheehan voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Absent: 0. THE MOTION Passed. 4 Consideration of Resolutions  Minutes – Foxridge General Improvement District Meeting 1/9/2024 6:00:00 PM Page 2 a RESOLUTION NO. 2024-FRGID-R-01, A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE FOXRIDGE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO SET THE 2023 MILL LEVY FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE COSTS OF GOVERNMENT FOR THE 2024 BUDGET YEAR Director Holt moved to approve RESOLUTION NO. 2024-FRGID-R-01, A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE FOXRIDGE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO SET THE 2023 MILL LEVY FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE COSTS OF GOVERNMENT FOR THE 2024 BUDGET YEAR. Director Sutherland seconded the motion.
