Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. Director Carnes seconded the motion. With Chairperson Piko, Director Carnes, Director Tharp, Director Sweetland, Director Maurer, Director Sutherland, Director Holt, Director Alston, and Director Sheehan voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Absent: 0. THE MOTION Passed. Minutes – Willow Creek General Improvement District 1/9/2024 6:00:00 PM Page 2 4 Consideration of Resolutions a RESOLUTION NO. 2024-WCGID-R-01, A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE WILLOW CREEK 1 & 2 GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO SET THE 2023 MILL LEVY FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE COSTS OF GOVERNMENT FOR THE 2024 BUDGET YEAR Director Holt moved to approve RESOLUTION NO. 2024-WCGID-R-01, A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE WILLOW CREEK 1 & 2 GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO SET THE 2023 MILL LEVY FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE COSTS OF GOVERNMENT FOR THE 2024 BUDGET YEAR. Council Member Sutherland seconded the motion.
