MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Foxridge General Improvement District Meeting 6:00 PM Monday, August 10, 2020 A Foxridge General Improvement District Meeting of the City Council was held virtually in Centennial, Colorado. Director Maurer seconded the motion. With Chairman Piko, Director Moon, Director Maurer, Director Alston, Director Sutherland, Director Turley, Director Holt, Director Sheehan, Director Sweetland voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Abstain: 0; Absent: 0. THE MOTION Passed. 4 Consideration of Ordinances on First Reading a ORDINANCE NO. 2020-FRGID-O-01 AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS Minutes – Foxridge General Improvement District Meeting 8/10/2020 6:00:00 PM Page 2 Director Sutherland moved to approve ORDINANCE NO. 2020-FRGID-O-01 AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS ON FIRST READING. Director Moon seconded the motion. With Chairman Piko, Director Moon, Director Maurer, Director Alston, Director Sutherland, Director Turley, Director Holt, Director Sheehan, Director Sweetland voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Abstain: 0; Absent: 0.
