MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Willow Creek General Improvement District 6:00 PM Monday, August 10, 2020 A Willow Creek General Improvement District Meeting of the City Council was held virtually in Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1 Call to Order Chairperson Piko called the meeting to order at 6:02 PM. 2 Roll Call Those present were: Chairperson Piko Director Moon Director Maurer Director Sweetland Director Holt Director Turley Director Sutherland Director Sheehan Director Alston Those absent: None Also present were: Maureen Juran, Deputy City Clerk Matthew Sturgeon, City Manager Barbara Setterlind, City Clerk Christina Cooney, Deputy City Clerk 3 Minutes a JUNE 1, 2020 WCGID MINUTES Director Sutherland moved to JUNE 1, 2020 WCGID MINUTES. Director Moon seconded the motion. With Chairman Piko, Director Turley, Director Sutherland, Director Maurer, Director Alston, Director Moon, Director Sheehan, Director Holt, Director Sweetland voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Abstain: 0; Absent: 0. THE MOTION Passed. 4 Consideration of Ordinances on First Reading a ORDINANCE NO. 2020-WCGID-O-01 AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS Minutes – Willow Creek General Improvement District 8/10/2020 6:00:00 PM Page 2 Director Sutherland moved to approve ORDINANCE NO. 2020-WCGID-O-01 AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS on first reading. Director Holt seconded the motion. With Chairman Piko, Director Turley, Director Sutherland, Director Maurer, Director Alston, Director Moon, Director Sheehan, Director Holt, Director Sweetland voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Abstain: 0; Absent: 0.
