Open Space Advisory Board MINUTES DATE: May 19, 2015 TIME: 6:00 PM LOCATION: *COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 13133 E. ARAPAHOE ROAD* AGENDA 1. Call to Order 2. Note Attendance and Determination of Quorum Those present were: Chair Karen Hamilton Gail Wells Leah Baker-Camper Ron Monk Tom Wood Matt Lunn Those absent were: Oliva Mayer Also present were: Keith Gardner, Council Member Derek Stertz, GIS Supervisor Daniel Krzyzanowski, Principal Planner Karen Brookes, Staff and recording secretary 3. Approval of Minutes Leah Baker-Camper motioned and Tom Wood seconded approval of the March 24, 2015 minutes. All members present voted aye and the minutes were approved. 4. Additions to Agenda There were no additions to the agenda. 5. General Public Comments There were no public comments. 6. Discussion Items i. OSAB Group Picture was taken ii. Trail mapping project update – Derek Stertz, GIS Supervisor, presented. Agenda – Open Space Advisory Board May 19, 2015 Page 2 iii. Update on City Council response to Neighborhood Parks Grant Program – Daniel Krzyzanowski, Principal Planner, presented. 7. Action Items 8. Other Business i. Gail Wells presented quick overview of bench and a tree program. ii. Gail Wells asked that OSAB consider moving forward with vision of every citizen having access to trails within set distance from their homes. 9.
