A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133
E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been
posted and a quorum was present.

Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:02 PM.

Public Utilities Commission Matter Affecting Rates Paid for Public Street

Council Member Lucas moved to go into Executive Session Pursuant to Section 24-6-402(4)(b)
and (e) to Obtain Legal Advice and Devise Negotiation Strategy Concerning Participation in a
Public Utilities Commission Matter Affecting Rates Paid for Public Street Lighting. Council
Member Gotto seconded the motion.
With Mayor Noon, Council Member Turley, Council Member Gardner, Council Member Moon,
Council Member Piko, Council Member Lucas, Council Member Truhlar, Council Member
Gotto, Council Member Whelan voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Absent: 0. THE
MOTION Passed.
E. Fiber Optic Services Report Recommendations
Council Member Whelan, Piko and Lucas presented. Dave Zelenok, Chief Innovation Officer,
answered questions from Council.
F. Adjourn
There being no further business to discuss, the Study Session was adjourned at 6:57 PM.
