MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, May 11, 2015 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. AGENDA A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:02 PM. B. Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Noon Council Member Turley Council Member Gardner Council Member Moon Council Member Piko Council Member Lucas Council Member Truhlar Council Member Gotto Council Member Whelan Those absent were: None Also present were: John Danielson, City Manager Maureen Juran, Deputy City Attorney Wayne Reed, Deputy City Manager Elisha Thomas, Assistant City Manager Eric Eddy, Assistant to the City Manager Sheri Chadwick, Director of Communications Daniel Hutton, Senior Management Analyst Jon Whitting, Management Analyst Daniel Krzyzanowski, Principal Planner Derek Holcomb, Principal Planner Marcus McAskin, Deputy City Attorney Barbara Setterlind, City Clerk C. Recognition of Ten Years of Service - Planning and Zoning Commission Board Members; 6:04 PM Mayor Noon presented years of service appreciation plaques to Russell Powell and Marty Hill of the Planning and Zoning Commission. D. Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4)(e) to Determine Positions Relative to, Develop Strategy for Negotiations, and Instruct Negotiators Regarding the Proposed First Amendment to Intergovernmental Minutes – Study Session May 11, 2015 Page 2 Agreement with the Parker Jordan Metropolitan District, Specifically Pertaining to the Parker Jordan Open Space Property. Council Member Lucas moved to go into Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. Section 24-6- 402(4)(e) to Determine Positions Relative to, Develop Strategy for Negotiations, and Instruct Negotiators Regarding the Proposed First Amendment to Intergovernmental Agreement with the Parker Jordan Metropolitan District, Specifically Pertaining to the Parker Jordan Open Space Property. Council Member Gotto seconded the motion. With Mayor Noon, Council Member Turley, Council Member Gardner, Council Member Moon, Council Member Piko, Council Member Lucas, Council Member Truhlar, Council Member Gotto, Council Member Whelan voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Absent: 0. THE MOTION Passed. E. Fiber Optic Services Phase I Recommendations; 6:46 PM Daniel Hutton, Senior Management Analyst, and Eric Eddy, Assistant to the City Manager, presented. F.
