Note Attendance and Determination of Quorum Those present were: Chair Karen Hamilton Tom Wood Gail Wells Olivia Mayer Ron Monk Those absent were: Leah Baker-Camper Matt Lunn Also present were: Brett Collins, Director of Planning and Development South Suburban Parks and Recreation Harriet Crittenden-LaMair, Executive Director Daniel Krzyzanowski, Principal Planner Jennifer Houlne, Planner Karen Brookes, Staff and recording secretary 3. Approval of Minutes Tom Wood motioned and Ron Monk seconded approval of the June 23, 2015 minutes. All members present voted aye and the minutes were approved. 4. Additions to Agenda There were no additions to the agenda. 5. General Public Comments There were no public comments. 6. Discussion Items a. South Suburban Park and Recreation District – Brett Collins with South Suburban, Director of Planning and Development, presented the SSPRD Funding Agreement request for request for revised 2015 funds and 2016 funds. Agenda – Open Space Advisory Board June 23, 2015 Page 2 b. b. b. High Line Canal Conservancy Visioning & Master Planning Initiative – Harriet Crittenden-LaMair presented. c. Greenwood Village and Arapahoe County IGA for design of crossing improvements on the High Line Canal Trail at Orchard Road – Daniel Krzyzanowski, Principal Planner, presented. 7. Action Items There were no action items. 8. Other Business There were no other items of business. 9.
