MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Tuesday, September 8, 2015 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. B. Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Noon Council Member Turley Council Member Gardner (via phone) Council Member Moon Council Member Piko Council Member Lucas Council Member Truhlar Council Member Gotto Council Member Whelan Those absent were: None Also present were: John Danielson, City Manager Bob Widner, City Attorney Wayne Reed, Deputy City Manager Eric Eddy, Assistant to the City Manager Travis Greiman, Director of Public Works Andy Firestine, Director of Community Development Sheri Chadwick, Director of Communications Neil Marciniak, Economic Development Manager Barbara Setterlind, City Clerk Ebony Vivens, Deputy City Clerk C. CIP Plan Update Travis Greiman, Director of Public Works, presented. Council consensus to approve the Quincy Avenue widening project, pending negotiations with Aurora; to approve the Orchard Road and Niagara Crossing, going forward in 2015 if possible; to approve the Smoky Hill and Himalaya intersection project in 2015; and to support a resolution in October to approve the CIP 10 year plan.
