Jim Shiffen of Point Consulting (landscape architect) presented. Minutes – Planning and Zoning Commission April 23, 2014 Page 3 ; 8:34 PM Commissioner Johnathan Sims moved that LU-13-00260, Plaza at Centennial Final Development Plan Second Amendment, be recommended to City Council for approval based on the Planning and Zoning Commission's finding that the FDP applicaiton meets all applicable criteria for approval, as summarized in the staff report dated April 16, 2014.. Commissioner Michael Sutherland seconded the motion. c. Columbine Federal Credit Union Site Plan (LU-14-00028) Derek Holcomb, Senior Planner, presented. Michael Chalona of the Neenan Company and applicant presented. ; 8:56 PM Commissioner Martin Hill Jr. moved approval of Planning and Zoning Commission Resolution 2014-PZ-R-11 a resolution of the City of Centennial Planning and Zoning Commission approving the Columbine Federal Credit Union Site Plan, Case Number LU-14-00028.. Commissioner Johnathan Sims seconded the motion. d. Planning and Zoning Commission Bylaws Marcus McAskin, Deputy City Attorney, presented.; 8:59 PM Commissioner Michael Sutherland moved that the bylaws of the Planning and Zoning Commission dated April 23, 2014, and including the City's code of ethics for appointed officials, Bob's Rules of Order, and the Commission's public hearing procedures, be adopted as the controlling bylaws of the Commission and that such bylaws be effective from and after April 23, 2014.. Commissioner Martin Hill Jr. seconded the motion. V. UPDATES Andrew Firestine, Deputy Director of Community Development, updated the Commission on recent City Council actions at the April 14, 2014.; 9:04 PM VI. LONG RANGE AGENDA VII.
