PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING APRIL 26, 2017, 6:00 PM 13133 E. ARAPAHOE ROAD MINUTES I. CALL TO ORDER Chair Sutherland called the meeting to order at 6:02 PM. II. ROLL CALL Those present were: Chair Sutherland Commissioner Bailey Commissioner Beatty Commissioner Cohen Commissioner Griffis Commissioner Hart Commissioner Sims Commissioner Suhaka Commissioner Urtz Also present were: Christopher Price, Assistant City Attorney Derek Holcomb, Deputy Director of Community Development Lisa Gajowski, Recording Secretary III. CONSENT AGENDA a. Consideration of Resolutions i. Culver's Site Plan Ratification b. Consideration of Other Items c. Approval of Minutes Commissioner Hart moved approval of the CONSENT AGENDA. Commissioner Suhaka seconded the motion. With Commissioners Bailey, Cohen, Hart, Sims, Suhaka, Urtz and Chair Sutherland voting AYE, and none voting NAY; the motion was approved by a motion of seven (7) AYE and none (0) NAY. IV. LAND USE APPLICATIONS/PUBLIC HEARINGS a. Race Street Carport Setback Variance Request This item was continued to a future date; a specific date was not known at the time of the meeting. b. Wireless Communications Facilities Land Development Code Amendment Minutes – Planning and Zoning Commission April 26, 2017 Page 2 Derek Holcomb, Deputy Director of Community Development presented. Chair Sutherland opened the public hearing. Jennifer Price, of AT&T, 188 Inverness Drive West, Englewood, presented. There being no one else present wishing to speak Chair Sutherland closed the public hearing. Commissioner Bailey moved to recommend approval to City Council of the proposed amendments to the LDC as outlined in Ordinance No. 2017-O-10 and the staff report dated April 19, 2017. Commissioner Sims seconded the motion. With Commissioners Bailey, Cohen, Hart, Sims, Suhaka, Urtz and Chair Sutherland voting AYE, and none voting NAY; the motion was approved by a motion of seven (7) AYE and none (0) NAY. V. UPDATES VI.
