MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Regular City Council Meeting 7:00 PM Monday, April 19, 2021 A Regular Meeting of the City Council was held on this date virtually in Centennial, Colorado. Council Member Sheehan seconded the motion. With Mayor Piko, Council Member Moon, Council Member Turley, Council Member Alston, Council Member Maurer, Council Member Sutherland, Council Member Sheehan, Council Member Sweetland, Council Member Holt voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Absent: 0. Consensus was to move forward with the amendment to the Paid Time Office policy and have it brought back for ratification on the May 3, 2021 consent agenda. GENERAL BUSINESS 14 Other Matters as May Come Before Council Council Member Moon requested reconsideration of opposition of SB 21-062. Minutes – Regular City Council Meeting 4/19/2021 7:00:00 PM Page 4 Consensus was to direct staff to closely monitor any future amendments to the bill and present any changes to council. 15 Reports a City Manager Matt Sturgeon gave a brief report. b City Clerk (None) Council Reports and the Mayor’s Report were moved to the Study Session of April 19, 2021. 17 Executive Session a Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. §24-6-402(4)(b) and (e) to Receive Legal Advice, Devise Negotiation Strategy, and Instruct Negotiators Concerning Potential Annexations along East Broncos Parkway between South Potomac Street and South Jordan Road The executive session was moved to the May 3, 2021 Regular Council meeting agenda. 18 Adjourn There being no further business to discuss, the Regular Meeting was adjourned at 10:57 PM.
