MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Regular City Council Meeting 7:00 PM Monday, December 6, 2021 A Regular Meeting of the City Council was held on this date in the Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. Anne Borg, 1054 E. Fremont Cir. North, gave comments on the approval criteria. Gerry Cummings, 6841 S Clermont Dr., gave comments on behalf of CenCON in support of the project. Sue Carlton-Smith, 3759 E. Nobles Rd., gave comments in opposition. Andrea Suhaka, 6864 S. Ulster Circ, gave comments in opposition. Vicki Tanin, 7275 S. Gaylord St. #I, gave comments in opposition. Donna Chrislip, 6994 S. Knolls Way, gave comments in opposition. Jane Mataich, 6958 S. Knolls Way, gave comments in opposition. Julie Dillon, 6956 S. Knolls Way, gave comments in opposition. Uriel Akiva, 7400 S. Lafayette Cir., expressed concerns regarding the development. Sharon Rahn, 7194 S. Vine Circle E. gave comments in opposition. Steve Wittern, 1478 E. Peralmon lane, gave comments in opposition. Seeing no one else wishing to speak, Mayor Piko closed the Public Hearing. Minutes – Regular City Council Meeting 12/6/2021 7:00:00 PM Page 3 Council Member Turley moved to continue the Public Hearings on the proposed 8th amendment of the Streets of Southglenn Master Development Plan and the application for Amendment and Restatement of the Master Development Agreement to Tuesday, December 7th, at 7:00 PM here in Council Chambers of the Civic Center. Council Member Sutherland seconded the motion. With Mayor Piko, Council Member Turley, Council Member Alston, Council Member Holt, Council Member Maurer, Council Member Moon, Council Member Sheehan, Council Member Sutherland, Council Member Sweetland voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Absent: 0.
