MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Regular City Council Meeting 7:00 PM Monday, December 7, 2020 A Regular Meeting of the City Council was held on this date virtually in Centennial, Colorado. Council Member Sutherland moved to Approve on FIRST READING ORDINANCE NO. 2020- O-09 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTENNIAL, COLORADO TO TEMPORARILY CAP THIRD-PARTY RESTAURANT DELIVERY FEES CHARGED TO FOOD SERVICE ESTABLISHMENTS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND TO SET THE PUBLIC HEARING DATE ON DECEMBER 14, 2020 AT 7:00 PM. Council Member Maurer seconded the motion. With Mayor Piko, Council Member Moon, Council Member Turley, Council Member Alston, Council Member Maurer, Council Member Sutherland, Council Member Sweetland, Council Member Holt voting AYE, and Council Member Sheehan voting NAY; Absent: 0. Council Member Turley seconded. Council Member Sutherland accepted the nomination. With no other nominations, a Resolution appointing Council Member Sutherland as Chair to the Fiber Commission will be presented during the December 14, 2020 Regular Council Meeting.
